Flow Page Visitor Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of QRoss flow pages when you scan QR codes and submit information.

1. What QRoss Does

QRoss provides QR codes and flow page services. The flow creator controls what data they collect and how they use it. We just facilitate the data collection process.

2. Your Agreement

By scanning a QR code or submitting information through QRoss:

• You agree to these Terms
• You agree to the flow creator's policies
• You're 18+ years old
• You provide accurate information

3. What We Collect Automatically

When you use QRoss, we automatically collect:

• Your IP address
• Approximate location (city/country from IP)
• Device information (browser, OS, screen size)
• Timestamp of your submission

Why: To prevent abuse, detect bots, and help flow creators verify submissions.

4. What the Flow Creator Collects

The flow creator chooses what information to collect from you (name, email, phone, etc.). They are responsible for:

• What they ask for
• How they use your information
• Keeping your data secure
• Honoring data deletion requests

We are not responsible for how flow creators use your data.

5. Bot Protection

Some flows use Turnstile (Cloudflare's bot protection). If enabled, Cloudflare may collect additional data per their privacy policy.

Flow creators can disable Turnstile. We are not liable if this results in spam or fake submissions.

6. Your Rights

Your Data Rights

• Access: Request what data was collected
• Correction: Fix incorrect information
• Deletion: Request data removal
• Objection: Object to data processing

How to Exercise Rights:

1. Contact the flow creator first (they control most data)
2. If unresponsive, email [email protected]
3. We'll delete our copy within 30 days (backups: 90 days)

Account Deletion

The flow creator may have created an account for you. Contact them to delete it, or email [email protected].

7. What We're Not Liable For

We are not responsible for:

• Flow creator's actions or data practices
• Accuracy of flow information
• Disputes between you and flow creators
• Loss of data due to flow creator error
• Malicious flow creators or fake flows
• Third-party service outages (Cloudflare, Supabase, Storj)

Alpha Software: QRoss is in testing. No uptime guarantees. Use at your own risk.

8. Service Providers

We use third-party services that may access your data:

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Submit false information
• Use bots or automated tools
• Circumvent security measures
• Harass other flow page visitors
• Violate laws or regulations

Violations may result in bans or legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• QRoss is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental)
• Maximum liability: HKD $100
• You indemnify us against claims arising from your use

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Hong Kong SAR law. Disputes resolved in Hong Kong courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Material changes posted 14 days before effective date. Continued use = acceptance.
